Return Policy

General Return Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@dubaddicts.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, along with step-by-step instructions on packing and where to send your package.
3. Please ensure that you send the return within 7 days of receiving your return label.
4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing Timelines

After we receive your returned item, please allow:

• Up to 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return.
• Up to 10 business days for the approved refund to reflect in your account. Remember, some banks or credit card companies take longer to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at support@dubaddicts.com.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and strive to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We can't accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants).
• Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
• Personal care goods (like beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a particular item.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item you have. After the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same returnable condition as outlined above.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we inspect your return and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
